We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. The item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and tags
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products sold as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted items
  • Customized or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, WhatsApp us at +91 90000 00000 or email hello@torquexauto.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (clearly showing the issue)
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund:

  • UPI/PhonePe/Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer bears the return shipping charges.
