Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
We ship via trusted courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC and Speed Post depending on your location and product type.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
